Advertising Policy

How The Lady Art separates editorial content from advertising and follows responsible ad placement practices.

The Lady Art may use advertising scripts on content-rich public pages. Advertising must not interfere with navigation, mislead visitors, or replace useful page content.

Ad placement principles

Ads should be placed around meaningful content, not on pages created only for ads. They should not be formatted to look like navigation, download buttons, service CTAs, or editorial recommendations. We do not encourage visitors to click ads.

Ad areas should be visually separate from article images, menus, form controls, and service buttons. Labels, spacing, and layout should make it clear that advertising is different from The Lady Art editorial or service content.

Invalid traffic and click safety

We do not click our own ads, ask visitors to click ads, offer rewards for ad views or clicks, buy traffic from traffic exchanges, use paid-to-click systems, or place ads where accidental clicks are likely. Advertising must not be presented as a required step to contact the business, read content, download a file, or continue navigation.

Consent and regional rules

For EEA, UK, and Switzerland visitors, personalized ads should only be served after the required Google-certified consent management platform or AdSense Privacy & messaging flow is active. If that setup is not active, advertising settings should avoid personalized ads in those regions or avoid serving ads there until consent handling is complete.

Pages without ads

Utility pages such as thank-you pages, redirect pages, test files, and internal template files should not carry ad code. Pages blocked from evaluation by robots.txt, password protection, or other access controls should also remain ad-free. Contact and policy pages are primarily for communication and transparency, so they can remain ad-free.

This keeps the monetized surface focused on pages that provide meaningful information, such as the homepage, service pages, blog index, and substantial article pages.

Content quality before monetization

Before requesting monetization review, the site should have complete core pages, substantial original articles, distinct images, working navigation, accurate contact details, and current policy links. Ads should be supplemental to the user experience.

The site should also avoid copied content, confusing redirects, under-construction pages, old demo files, replicated pages with little original commentary, and repeated article templates with little added value.

Third-party ad systems

Third-party ad systems may use cookies, scripts, or limited technical data according to their own policies. Visitors can review our privacy policy for more information about cookies, analytics, and advertising tools.

Sponsored or affiliate content

If sponsored or affiliate content is added in the future, it should be clearly identified and reviewed so it adds value beyond the commercial relationship. Commercial relationships should not decide whether an article is useful to readers.

Site quality role

This policy is reviewed before adding or moving ad code. The priority is that visitors can read, navigate, and contact the business without confusing ads for menus, images, downloads, or service calls to action.

Policy pages are included in the footer and sitemap because they help disclose site ownership, editorial standards, advertising practices, and visitor choices. They are intentionally ad-free so their purpose stays clear.

These pages are also part of ongoing maintenance. When the site adds a new form, article type, ad placement, analytics tool, or content workflow, the relevant policy should be checked so public explanations remain aligned with how the website actually works. Small wording changes matter when they affect visitor expectations.
